Our Breads



As a small operation, we are unable to produce every type of bread on a daily basis. We therefore operate A weekly production schedule to ensure their optimum availability. You can find a summary of this below, but for more information and "how to order", see our Order & Collection Page

Tuesday :

Crusty White, Malted Grain, French sticks or Baguettes

Wednesday:

Crusty White, Malted Grain, White, Brown or Seeded Sourdough, Marmite Bread, and Baguettes

Thursday:

Crusty White, Malted Grain, White, Brown or Seeded Sourdough, Marmite Bread, and Baguettes

Friday:

Crusty White, Malted Grain, White, Brown or Seeded Sourdough, Marmite Bread , Sourdough Baguettes, Foccacia with herbs and Cherry tomatoes, or time permitting, one off specials such as Olive & Herb or similar.

We strongly advise that you order bread at least 24 hrs in advance, and in the case of sourdoughs, 48hrs before collection. We are open to the public for retail sales from 10 am until 4 pm Tuesday to Friday.

All our breads are suitable for home freezing. We suggest you wrap them tightly in a plastic film or bag, and freeze on the day of purchase, for up to 6 weeks. When you need them, defrost overnight or for 3-4 hours at room temperature still covered by the wrapper used. They can be refreshed in an oven, if required, to make them appear fresh from our ovens, but use this will dry them out quicker.

Small (400gr) & Large White Sourdough (800gr)

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Rye flour, (natural yeast culture from flour & water), Sea Salt

Small (400gr) & Large Brown Sourdough (800gr)

Ingredients: 60/40 Wholemeal/White Wheat Flour, Water, (natural yeast culture from flour & water), Rye flour, Sea Salt

Small (400gr) & Large Brown Seeded Sourdough (800gr)

Ingredients: 60/40 Wholemeal/White Wheat Flour, Water, (natural yeast culture from flour & water), Sunflower & Pumpkin seeds, Rye flour, Sea Salt

Quinoa grain sourdough (400gr)

Ingredients: Wheat, Rye & Oat Flour, Quinoa grains, Chia Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Water, (natural yeast culture from flour & water), Rye flour, Sea Salt

French Stick (a smaller Baguette) or Baguette

Foccacia with Cherry tomatoes & Rosemary

Ingredients: French T65 wheat flour, Water, Cherry Tomatoes, Yeast, Sea Salt, Fresh & dried Herbs (Rosemary, Orgeano, Basil, Thyme, Dried Garlic, & May contain Sesame seed)

Classic French Brioche

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Butter, fresh whole free range Eggs, Milk, sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt

Allergens in bold: Gluten, Lactose

Spicy Cheese Biscuits (6 per pack)

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Italian Hard cheese (Either Parmesan or Grana Padano) , Butter, Mustard Powder, Salt, Cayenne & Black pepper
